Here at Oak Country Grooming, every groom is adapted to your dog’s individual requirements and plenty of time, patience and care is taken to ensure that the grooming experience is pleasant and fun for your dog. Extra time is taken, with plenty of rests and breaks for young, elderly and nervous dogs with lots of reward upon finishing. It is important that your dog is happy in the grooming environment and a groom will take as long as required to ensure that he or she leaves here a happy dog.
The welfare of your dog is our top priority and if the grooming out of knots and matts is deemed to be too stressful for the dog, they will be clipped out, regardless of the finished appearance, to ensure that no unnecessary stress, pain and discomfort is experienced.
We will always provide you with feedback after each appointment and please ask if there is anything you would like explained. You are also invited to sit in on your dog’s appointment should you wish to.
